How do I cancel?
Account page → Plan → Cancel. It takes effect at the end of the paid month, and we keep your watchlist for a year in case you return.
Do downloads expire?
Offline copies play for 30 days, then need one refresh with a connection. The count of devices depends on your plan.
Is there a free trial?
Seven days on any plan. We ask for a payment method up front and remind you two days before it converts.
How are directors paid?
Fifty percent of the month's revenue is split across films by minutes watched. The ledger is published each January in the transparency report.
